Meridian Corporate Centre pairs an R.C.C frame with long clear spans, so each floor plate stays column-free and flexible for tenant fit-out.
The street elevation layers glazing, stone cladding and vertical timber louvres — the louvres cut afternoon glare on the west face without closing the offices off from the plaza below.
