About this project
Shyamol Heights is a nine-storey residential building delivered end-to-end by ISSBC: structural design, reinforced concrete construction and full on-site supervision through to handover.
The frame carries deep cantilevered balconies on the street elevation, so every apartment gets an outdoor room. A recessed ground floor holds the lobby, water feature and covered parking, keeping the podium open and shaded.
