About this project
Verdant Tower is a slender high-rise on a narrow plot — the structural challenge was lateral stiffness, solved with a shear core tied into the floor plates.
Planted balconies band the full height of the tower; each planter is a structural upstand with integrated drainage, so the greenery is part of the frame rather than an afterthought.
